Notification when a failed auto sample

I pay for my Internet subscription by direct debit, it's been 2 months since when the debit took place, the amount due was not on the account, in the 3rd month they therefore cut my subscription, I did not know it because I was not notified by Helios and I do not look at my accounts all the time. It would be handy to have just a small notif. Thank you

Absolutely agree. Very surprising to receive so many notifications but not to receive them when an automatic transfer is not made! In this case the failed transfer does not even appear, as such, in the transfer history. Source of problems with recipients.
