The monthly ceiling is €3,000 and the daily limit is €2,000. In some cases it may be useful to exceptionally exceed this ceiling. A temporary increase in the ceiling could be requested directly on the application.

Why do you have to go through our advisers? Indeed, if it is an emergency, they will not necessarily be available... 
In my old bank, I could increase them temporarily (e.g. until the end of the month). It would be really handy to have that here as well.
