Any operation related to the management of your account (transfers, new beneficiary...) can only be carried out with 2FA on the Web version.

Functional Crawdad: Hello Clément, yes when you carry out one of these transactions on mobile; if you have linked your phone to your account you will be asked to validate that you are the holder of the phone to make a transfer, add a beneficiary... (by entering your phone code or by fingerprint). If you are logging in for the first time on a new device, we ensure that you are the originator of the connection request by sending an SMS to the phone number associated with your account a unique validation code to be entered in the application — this two-factor authentication (2FA) allows you to exclusively associate your smartphone with your Helios account.
